The Data Controller provides information on the processing of personal data related to the services provided through this site to those who fill in the forms on the site to request information and offers about the initiatives carried out by the Data Controller and its partner companies, which the Data Controller may identify to report initiatives, activities, and offers that may be of interest to those who fill in the forms on the site. Regarding promotional activities: The data of data subjects will be retained for the time necessary to carry out the activity, avoiding indefinite retention and facilitating the data subject’s exercise of their rights until the person using the Site’s services requests deletion.

To avoid any misunderstanding about the identity of the person requesting to exercise their rights, the Data Controller reserves the right to request, if necessary, a copy of the identity document to confirm the identity of the requester in cases where this is necessary.
